Do you manage building works and permits?

How are design fees and project budgets determined?
They depend on the property, spaces, design scope and level of coordination required. After reviewing the brief, we provide a proposal stating our fees and scope; furnishings and third-party work are priced as applicable.
How long does an interior design project take?
Timescales depend on design complexity, client approvals, product availability and bespoke manufacturing. We outline the phases and an indicative schedule once we understand the property and scope.
Do you design bespoke kitchens and furniture?
Yes. We design kitchens and fitted pieces with the suppliers the studio works with and coordinate their production and installation according to the agreed scope.

We can work in Nueva Andalucía, Puerto Banús, the Golden Mile, Sierra Blanca, San Pedro and nearby areas. We confirm the scope and logistics once we know the property.
