If the layout and main finishes work, Furnish & Style brings furniture, decorative lighting, textiles and installation into one coherent plan. We review the property before recommending a scope.

Do you manage building works and permits?
We design the interiors and coordinate aesthetic decisions with the builder and technical professionals appointed by the client. Construction, permits and technical direction remain their responsibility.
How are design fees and project budgets determined?
They depend on the property, spaces, design scope and level of coordination required. After reviewing the brief, we provide a proposal stating our fees and scope; furnishings and third-party work are priced as applicable.
How long does an interior design project take?
Timescales depend on design complexity, client approvals, product availability and bespoke manufacturing. We outline the phases and an indicative schedule once we understand the property and scope.
Do you design bespoke kitchens and furniture? Where do you work?
Yes. We design kitchens and fitted pieces with specialist makers. We work across Málaga, Marbella, Mijas, Estepona and other Costa del Sol locations through Sotogrande.
Is Luxury Home Staging for properties going on the market?
Yes. We prepare homes for sale with furniture, lighting, textiles and styling selected for the property. After reviewing it, we identify the spaces to prioritise.
