From an unfinished space to a serene poolside retreat

Surrounded by large windows and views of the terrace, pool and greenery, this living room had exceptional natural light but lacked warmth, cohesion and a clearly defined identity.

The challenge

The main objective was to create a comfortable and elegant living area without competing with the architecture or obstructing the views. The layout needed to feel open and spacious while offering enough seating for relaxing and entertaining.

Our design response

We developed a warm, organic interior based on soft neutral tones, natural textures and sculptural forms. A generous sofa anchors the room, complemented by curved armchairs and a round stone coffee table that creates a more fluid and welcoming arrangement.

Textured fabrics, a soft rug, sheer curtains and a subtle feature wall add depth while preserving the lightness of the space. Carefully selected artwork and decorative pieces complete the composition without overwhelming it.

The furniture layout was designed to encourage conversation and maintain a strong visual connection with the garden, terrace and swimming pool.

The result

A bright, balanced and inviting living room where indoor comfort connects naturally with the surrounding outdoor landscape. The finished space feels elegant yet relaxed—perfect for enjoying the Costa del Sol lifestyle.
