Glamping on the Costa del Sol

Nature, comfort and outdoor living. A retreat designed around the Mediterranean landscape, relaxation and time outdoors. This glamping concept brings together cabins, shared amenities and outdoor activities, with particular attention to planting and resource use.

Glamping combines the close connection to nature associated with camping with the comfort of thoughtfully designed accommodation. Here, that idea takes the form of a small community of cabins linked by pedestrian paths, with a pool, places to relax and welcoming shared spaces.

Landscape as part of the experience

Trees, planted areas and green cabin roofs create a visual connection between the buildings and their surroundings. Paths and a footbridge offer a gentle route between the cabins, while outdoor seating encourages guests to pause and enjoy the setting.

The pool and sun deck provide a shared focal point. Play areas, picnic tables and informal gathering spaces offer different ways to enjoy the retreat, from family holidays to a stay focused on rest and wellbeing.

Outdoor fitness and mobility

An outdoor fitness area features exercise equipment sized for adults, bringing physical activity into the guest experience. Bicycle parking and electric vehicle charging points are included in the proposal, alongside pedestrian routes between the main amenities.

Environmentally considered design

The concept includes solar panels on designated roofs, green cabin roofs, extensive planting and waste sorting stations. Together, these features establish an approach that considers the relationship between accommodation, landscape and resource use.

Solar installations and planted roofs will be coordinated during technical design. The proportion of electric vehicle charging supplied by solar power will depend on the final system design.

A place to reconnect

The proposed retreat brings comfort and nature together: relaxing by the pool, cycling, exercising outdoors and spending time in shared spaces beneath the trees.
